Returns
Returns and exchanges of goods bought in the online shop.
Exchanges and returns are governed by the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller guarantees the quality of the goods, so if you receive a faulty item you must contact the Seller without delay. A faulty item will be replaced with a sound one at the Seller’s expense: it is collected from the Buyer by a parcel carrier and a sound item is sent free of charge.
Withdrawing from a contract concluded at a distance:
A Buyer who has bought goods of proper quality may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days of the day the goods were delivered. In that case the Buyer must notify the Seller of the withdrawal by sending a properly completed model withdrawal form (available here: e-tar.lt/portal/lt/legalAct/dad7f330d05511e3a8ded1a0f5aff0a9) or a clear statement setting out the decision to withdraw from the contract, and must send or hand the goods back to the Seller without delay, and no later than 14 days after the day the withdrawal notice was given to the Seller, except where under the contract the Seller is obliged to collect the goods.
No later than 14 days after receiving the Buyer’s written withdrawal, the Seller refunds all sums paid by the Buyer, including the delivery costs paid by the Buyer. If the Buyer returns only part of an order, the Seller refunds the delivery costs in proportion to the goods returned. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
Returned goods of proper quality must be unused and undamaged, must have kept their consumer properties and must be in saleable condition, and the Buyer must have proof that the goods were bought from this Seller. The burden of proving that the requirements of the Civil Code on withdrawal were met lies with the Buyer.
This withdrawal procedure does not apply to contracts for goods made to the Buyer’s special instructions, which are not made in advance and are produced according to the Buyer’s personal choice or instruction, or for goods that are clearly adapted to the Buyer’s personal needs, such as spoons engraved to order.
