Delivery
How much does delivery cost in Lithuania?
LP EXPRESS parcel locker – €3, free from €50.01 (1–2 business days); DPD parcel locker – €3, free from €50.01 (1–2 business days); Courier to your address – €5, free from €60 (1–2 business days); Collect in a KAMĖJA shop – free (2–4 business days).
When is delivery free?
Delivery to a parcel locker in Lithuania is free for orders from €60. Collecting your order in a KAMĖJA shop is always free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders to parcel lockers and by courier in Lithuania usually arrive within 1–2 business days. Orders collected in a KAMĖJA shop are ready in 2–4 business days.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, to EU countries by registered priority mail: Registered priority mail to the EU – €20, free from €150 (5–10 business days).
How can I track my parcel?
When your order is shipped we send you an e-mail with the tracking number and link. You can also see it on your order page.
Payment
How can I pay?
By bank link (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Šiaulių bankas and other Lithuanian banks), by card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Swedbank.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, with ESTO you can pay in parts or later. Choose “Pay in instalments with ESTO” at checkout; the product page shows the approximate monthly amount.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Enter your company details at checkout if you need an invoice for a company; the invoice is sent to your e-mail.
Returns
Can I return jewellery?
Yes. You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. The money, including the delivery cost, is refunded within 14 days.
What if the item is faulty?
Contact us right away – a faulty item is replaced at our expense.
Jewellery
What silver is your jewellery made of?
Our silver jewellery is made of 925 sterling silver. We also make gold and gold-plated silver jewellery, and one-of-a-kind handmade pieces with natural stones.
How do I care for silver jewellery?
Keep jewellery dry and away from creams, perfume and household chemicals; take it off before swimming or sport and store each piece separately in a soft pouch or box. Silver that has darkened can be cleaned with a silver cloth.
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes – we make jewellery to your design in our workshop in Druskininkai. Write to info@kameja.lt or call +370 638 22620.
Do you repair and engrave jewellery?
Yes, jewellery repair and engraving are done in our workshop in Druskininkai; you can bring items to our shops.
Shops and gift cards
Where are KAMĖJA shops?
We have 24 shops in 7 Lithuanian cities: Druskininkai, Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Mažeikiai. Addresses and opening hours are on the Shops page.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, gift cards from €50 to €350 are sent by e-mail right after payment and can be used in the online shop. A card is valid for 6 months and is used once, for its full value.
