2. Protection of personal data.

2.1. The Seller is registered in the State Register of Personal Data Controllers and has been given the data controller identification code P093. In carrying on electronic commerce, the Seller complies with the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, the orders of the Director of the Inspectorate and other legislation.

2.2. The Buyer may order goods in the Online Shop by registering and entering the details asked for at registration.

2.3. When registering in the Online Shop, the Buyer must provide correct personal information. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct details.

2.4. By accepting these terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer are processed for the sale of goods and services in the Online Shop, for analysis of the Seller’s activity and for direct marketing. The Buyer also agrees to receive, at the e-mail address and phone number given, the information messages needed to perform this contract.

2.5. On registering in the online shop and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to keep the sign-in details safe and not to disclose them to anyone.
